Do I need to be fit?

A.
No, we train people that are very unfit( that finding walking round the block



a challenge) to people looking to train for events (e.g. 10k, half marathon,



marathon, triathlons)



 

Q.

Where do we train?
 
A.
In your home, in your garage, driveway, anywhere that is under cover
 

If you prefer training outside local park of your choice, or in your garden.
 
  
 Q. Do I need to provide any equipment?
 A. No. All the necessary equipment is supplied to your home/park in the CR8
 
 Fitness personal training van!
 
  
 Q. Will using your equipment get me better results than the gym?
 A. Yes.  We have a proven track record of getting results for our clients.
 
  
 Q. Will it be as boring as going to the gym?
 A. No.  All exercises will be varied to use a wide range of equipment.
 
 It is our job to keep you motivated and interested in exercise.
 
  
 Q. How long is the initial consultation?
 A. This takes about 15/20 minutes just so we can get an idea of any injuries/exercise
 
 history/allergies and to discuss your goals.
 
  
 Q. Will I have any help with what I am eating?
 A. Yes. Nutrition is very important, so we get you to fill out a food diary for us to
 
 analyse and discuss with you.
 
  
 Q. Are you insured?
 A. Yes. We are fully insured (Fitpro) and fully qualified (YMCA level 3)
    
 Q. Can I train with a friend?
 A. Yes if you wish, although you don’t get the 1-1 service that some people prefer.

How will my progress
be measured?

  A. We can:-

     
          

record your weight however often you require


(some clients like each week, some prefer a longer time)


record your body fat around every 6-8 wks


do a bleep test for fitness to see if it improves


usually tell that your body is changing due to your clothes


and when they feel looser.
