Personal Training
Core
With all our gym equipment you WILL be using your core muscles. So what are your core muscles and why should you work them?

Your core muscles surround your stomach and hips, working these muscles are essential to stop back pain, muscle aches and making your stomach flat.

Training your core will set out to improve your posture (which will also make you appear slimmer) and body alignment. If your core is weak it can lead to poor posture, lower back pain and potential injury.

By training your core, means that the rest of the muscles (hamstrings/ glutes/ abs and back) will all work more efficiently and together.

It can vastly improve your balance
and can increase ability in certain
sports such as tennis, squash, badminton and swimming.

Working your core is better for you than just doing 100s of sit ups (very 80s) or 100s of crunches(boring). By using the bosu ball, gym ball, rebounder, kettle bells, wobble board and certain dumbbell exercises you will be working your stomach and your lower back together, thus reducing the risk of injury.
