| Working your core is better for you than just doing 100s of sit ups (very 80s) or 100s of crunches(boring). By using the bosu ball, gym ball, rebounder, kettle bells, wobble board and certain dumbbell exercises you will be working your stomach and your lower back together, thus reducing the risk of injury. |
