our lives and is essential to get right when it comes to weight loss, muscle gain or toning. Our emotions also play a big part so when you have major events (divorce, wedding, moving house, death, birth) it can be very difficult to control what you eat. At CR8 Fitness we give you help by giving you food diary's and analysing what you eat and drink. You may be surprised that by writing (honestly) this down it can help considerably to control what you are putting in your mouth. |
