Nutrition plays a very big part of our lives and is essential to get right when it comes
to weight loss, muscle gain or toning. Our emotions also play a big part so when you
have major events (divorce, wedding, moving house, death, birth) it can be very difficult
to control what you eat.


At CR8 Fitness we give you help by giving you food diary's and analysing what you eat and drink. You may be surprised that by writing (honestly) this down it can help considerably
to control what you are putting in your mouth.

When you book at least 5 sessions with us you will recieve our 13 page booklet packed
with information to compliment your food diary.


        
try to eat small portions of food
try to eat every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism
eat 5 portions of fruit and veg. a day
drink 2 litres of water a day
limit your intake of coffee, tea, energy drinks to stop dehydration
make sure you are eating breakfast
make your last meal the smallest of the day
try to vary your diet and limit take-aways, junk food, pizzas, chips and     especially alcohol.
