my Profile
Being a YMCA qualified personal trainer, I have always been interested in fitness. This developed from when I was at school where I really enjoyed cross country running, badminton, tennis, cricket and especially football.

I started playing football when I was 8 years old and I am still playing these days at 33 years old.
I
have played for Bromley at semi-professional level a few years ago but
now I play for Oakhill United in centre midfield so I have to maintain
a high level of fitness.
After I left school I started to go regularly to the gym in the afternoons to improve my fitness. To my surprise I really enjoyed seeing my fitness levels go up and the great feeling I got after my workouts
In 2001 I decided on a career change and I enrolled with
Premier Training to become a Gym Instructor and 2 months later I joined
Greens Health and Fitness, Purley Way. I worked there for over 6 years and during this time I trained to become a Personal Trainer where I helped many people achieve fantastic results. I then decided to
leave the gym for many reasons, because I realised that
virtually everything that you do in the gym, you can do in the comfort of your
very own home.
I love training people, seeing them smiling, laughing, whilst at the same time achieving great results from our workouts together.
